Several Agent's joined this event where the MLS was demonstrated by the Nicaraguan Propertyshelf S.A. and CANIBIR (Nicaraguan Real Estate Chamber) Representatives.  President Sonia Sevilla Perez who is the local point of contact and representative of the MLS on the ground in Nicaragua; Camilo the Nicaragua System Administrator, Yorleni Martinez our Nicaragua online marketing representative and Johannes Mayr President and founder of Propertyshelf, Inc. demonstrated the live system and its benefits to Agents and Real Estate Developers, Referral Agents and Property Managers.

Canibir President Dr. Abraham Blandon signed a 5 year MLS agreement with Propertyshelf establishing the foundation for cooperation of real estate professionals nationwide and globally.   The Nicaragua MLS webplatform facilitates many benefits to professionals and the public alike.
