Early History

Recent real estate activities of the Camara Nicaraguense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces.

Since the housing boom in our country at the beginning of the decade of the 90s and because of the large number of real estate agents, a group of industry professionals perceived the need to create an association that brings together all real estate professionals in Nicaragua in order to manage and regulate this practice. Thus on May 12, 1997 the following people in the industry come together in order to start the partnership NICARAGÜENSE CHAMBER OF REALTORS. They are:

Ms. Lucia Sacasa
Ms. Rosario Tefel
Ms. Mercedes Aguerri
Ms. Help Kelly
Ms. Maria Luisa Perezalonzo
Ms. Patricia Saborio
Ms. Ruth Arguello

All are founders of the new Nicaraguan Chamber of Real Estate Brokers. Everyone worked hard to complete the writing of the Constitution of the Association to form the National Assembly The chamber acquired its legal status on October 28, 1997 duly authorized by that branch of government.
