Propertyshelf, the makers of MLS-Nica, have launched a new product/service to generate more exposure for your listings in MLS-Nica. All listings on MLS-Nica will now be exported daily to OLX.com. Now when you update your listings on MLS-Nica, the change will automatically be reflected the next day on OLX.com.

All property listings are translated into 11 different languages, and we have partners standing by in each market to help you navigate any translation challenges that may arise with your international buyer. Our Nicaragua portal, MLS-Nica, is the official MLS of the Nicaraguan Chamber of Real Estate.
