Step 2. We work exclusively with our referral partner Overseas Realty, Inc. who have more than 40 years of experience in the real estate market in Florida. To begin gaining commissions, please Fill out Referral Agreement and email as an attachment to info@overseasrealty.com.
As soon as this is reviewed and approved, we will send you your username and password to log in to the member's area below in order to gain access to all of the information you will need to start referring clients.
Step 3. Register Your Customers
This client will be registered under your name and agency for 180 days. When the client buys a property and the sale closes, you will be paid your part of the commission within 14 days.
